What do I need to get started?
Just two things. A phone and phone service. Choose one of the phones in our online store. Select which business VOIP service best fits your needs. When the sign up is complete and your phones have arrived, one of our team members will schedule an installation date.
What fees are there?
We prefer to keep things simple. Our phone service fees are a flat all-inclusive monthly fee. This means you are in control of your bill and can depend on a regular fee unless you add or remove service lines.

Who sets up the phones
If you’re within our delivery area in Ohio or Pennsylvania one of our techs will be onsite to complete the installation. If you are outside of our delivery area, our support team will pre-program the phones, ship them to you and assist with installation over the phone.
Is VOIP Reliable
Our phones are as reliable as a conventional phone line if not more reliable. The Technical Overflow phone services are monitored 24/7, backed up with disaster recovery plans and supported by our skilled technical team.
Can I cancel at any time?
Our phone services are on a month to month contract. Because we do not lock you into a contract, you will be billed for the time used during the current month and your services will be canceled. Our team will assist you in porting your numbers to a new provider.
